Riding under the banner of the Kazakhstan National Team, the UAE Team ADQ representative demonstrated remarkable resolve after her fourth-place finish in the initial stage. She executed a remarkable solo attack during the 91-kilometre race in Fergana.
Sultanova surged to the finish, arriving 29 seconds ahead of her nearest rivals. Haixin Dong of China (XDS China Women Team) took the second spot, with Indonesia's Ayustina Delia Priatna and Yanina Kuskova from Uzbekistan (Queen Sport) trailing.
Displaying consistent performance throughout both stages, Sultanova achieved an overall second-place finish in the event, concluding just 1 minute and 7 seconds behind China's Hao Zhang, who secured the overall championship.
As a previous Asian individual time trial champion, Sultanova continues to affirm her status in the Asian cycling realm with this outstanding performance.
