In a significant advancement for Dubai's business landscape, DMCC has revealed the launch of two state-of-the-art commercial towers, One Uptown Place and Two Uptown Place, located in the prestigious Uptown Dubai district. This initiative marks a pivotal development in establishing the area as a prominent global business hub.

The new towers will introduce over 560,000 square feet of Grade A office space, boosting Uptown Dubai’s total commercial footprint to over 1 million square feet. Leasing opportunities are anticipated to commence in the latter half of the year, with full project completion expected by early 2028.

These towers, measuring 21 and 15 stories respectively, are strategically designed to cater to a diverse range of business needs, accommodating everything from large multinational corporations to burgeoning startups. Office spaces will vary in size from 2,100 to 17,600 square feet, with select floors offering multi-level office configurations connected via private staircases, ideal for larger organizations.

Additionally, the project will encompass around 82,000 square feet of vibrant retail space, reinforcing Uptown Dubai’s appeal as a mixed-use locale that seamlessly integrates offices, shopping, and lifestyle conveniences.

This development is part of DMCC's broader strategy to cultivate innovative business ecosystems within the finance and capital markets sectors. Initiatives such as FinX and the Wealth Hub are designed to attract fintech firms, financial institutions, and digital asset companies, thereby escalating the demand for premium office spaces in well-connected environments.

Ahmed Bin Sulayem emphasized that modern enterprises are seeking flexible, well-connected workspaces that grant access to worldwide markets. He noted that these new towers are a direct response to growing necessities in sectors such as trade, finance, and technology, thus fostering the advancement of contemporary businesses.

Designed by Brewer Smith Brewer Group, the towers prioritize user comfort and functionality. Amenities will include various dining options, retail spaces, and a swimming pool. Furthermore, the development will feature more than 1,600 parking spaces supplemented by a valet service and direct shuttle access to the Dubai Metro.

Additional highlights comprise expansive floor-to-ceiling glass windows providing panoramic views, 13 high-speed elevators, and enhanced inter-floor connectivity facilitating large corporate operations.

Both towers aspire to achieve LEED Gold certification by integrating energy-efficient systems, water conservation measures, and enhanced indoor air quality standards.

DMCC is currently welcoming expressions of interest from potential tenants ahead of the formal leasing process. With this latest development, Uptown Dubai is well on its way to becoming a forefront hub for international trade, finance, and emerging technologies.
