An UAE flight delivered 100 tonnes of food to Egypt's Al Arish, aiding Gaza as part of Operation Chi
A humanitarian flight from the UAE has successfully landed in Egypt's Al Arish city, delivering 100 tonnes of essential food supplies as part of the ongoing initiative known as the “Humaid Air Bridge.” This mission is part of the UAE's humanitarian efforts, encapsulated in Operation Chivalrous Knight 3, aimed at providing aid to the Palestinian population in the Gaza Strip.
The delivered cargo comprises 3,978 food parcels, assembled according to stringent humanitarian criteria. These supplies are focused on satisfying the basic food requirements and enhancing food security for families in Gaza, who are enduring harsh living conditions.
Upon its arrival in Al Arish, the shipment was received by a team from the UAE humanitarian organization. It was subsequently moved and stored at the UAE humanitarian logistics centre within the city. The assistance will then be dispatched into Gaza through officially sanctioned channels, ensuring a prompt and safe transfer to those in need.
This delivery marks a continuation of the UAE's ongoing humanitarian endeavors in the region, demonstrating the country’s commitment to delivering vital aid and alleviating the hardships faced by the Palestinian community through essential support.
Operation Chivalrous Knight 3 continues its work via air, land, and sea, providing food, medical, and other essential support to Gaza, reinforcing the UAE's long-standing humanitarian mission and its solidarity with nations in distress.
