UAE's Defence Pavilion Captivates Global Audience at DSA 2026

The United Arab Emirates National Pavilion has garnered significant global interest on the second day of the Defence Services Asia Exhibition and Conference (DSA) 2026, which is taking place at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) in Kuala Lumpur.

Supported by the Ministry of Defence and the Tawazun Council for Defence Empowerment, this participation is managed by ADNEC Group, a subsidiary of Modon. It underscores the UAE’s dedication to fostering international defence collaborations and advancing innovations in the defence sector.

On its second day, the pavilion attracted more than 2,200 visitors, including high-ranking military personnel, international delegations, and leaders from global defence and security firms. This impressive turnout signifies the UAE's escalating position as a pivotal hub for advanced defence technologies.

Notably, the pavilion also greeted esteemed royal visitors, which featured a delegation led by H.R.H. Tengku Sarafudin Badlishah Ibni Al-Aminul Karim Sultan Sallehuddin, Crown Prince of Kedah, and H.R.H. Tuanku Syed Faizuddin Putra Ibni Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Jamalullail, Crown Prince of Perlis.

Several senior officials from the UAE, including Dr. Nasser Humaid Al Nuaimi, Secretary-General of the Tawazun Council for Defence Empowerment, visited the pavilion along with other military dignitaries to explore the latest defence technologies on display.

Various delegations from countries such as Oman, Türkiye, Thailand, Namibia, South Africa, South Korea, the Philippines, Singapore, Italy, Myanmar, and Germany also visited the pavilion, highlighting its significance as a global platform for defence collaboration.

On this day alone, the pavilion hosted over 80 meetings with industry experts and defence leaders, focusing on cutting-edge defence technologies including unmanned systems, robotics, artificial intelligence (AI), and cybersecurity innovations.

Prominent UAE defence firms, such as EDGE Group, Calidus, Resource Industries, and ASIS Boats, presented their latest advancements, which captured substantial interest from international attendees.

The UAE Pavilion is situated at Hall 4, Stand 4100 at MITEC, remaining open until 23 April.
