Shah Rukh Khan's Landlord Lauds His Humble Character Amid Mannat Renovations

Bollywood icon Shah Rukh Khan is captivating fans anew, not solely through his cinematic achievements but also via his humble demeanor. As his legendary residence, Mannat, undergoes significant renovations, the actor has momentarily relocated with his family to a nearby luxurious apartment.

Currently, Shah Rukh Khan and his family are residing in the upscale apartment complex known as Puja Casa. This property belongs to film producer Vashu Bhagnani and his son, Jackky Bhagnani, who have agreed to lease it to the star for a period of three years.

In a recent discussion, Jackky Bhagnani expressed deep admiration for Shah Rukh Khan. He noted the actor's humility and benevolent nature, stating that, despite his global stardom, Shah Rukh treats everyone with dignity and ensures that his conversations make people feel valued.

Jackky also revealed that Shah Rukh personally escorts visitors out when they leave, an action that reflects his grounded character. He mentioned that while many expect elite celebrities to act differently, Shah Rukh is refreshingly the opposite.

The family’s move to the apartment took place in 2025, coinciding with the start of renovation work at Mannat. Being a heritage site, any modifications require special approvals. The renovations, which include expansion, are anticipated to last up to two years.

At present, Shah Rukh Khan along with his family is utilizing various floors of the apartment building, complete with their staff and security personnel. Although the living space is smaller than Mannat, they have made adjustments for comfort.
