In preparation for Eid Al Adha, Qatar's Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) has released details regarding the operational hours for healthcare services across the nation.
Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) will offer full emergency and inpatient services 24/7 during the holiday. Ambulance services and Pediatric Emergency Centers will also be available around the clock.
Donors are invited to contribute at the Qatar National Blood Donation Center on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
The MoPH stated that 21 health centers under the Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) will remain operational throughout the holiday, with 15 centers providing urgent care services around the clock, which includes ten centers dedicated to pediatric emergencies.
Healthcare institutions have been directed to publish detailed service schedules during Eid Al Adha.
Additionally, operating hours for various ministerial departments have been shared. The Medical Relations and Treatment Abroad Department will be open for visitors from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, excluding the first day of Eid, and Fridays and Saturdays.
The Women’s Wellness and Research Center's Newborn Registration Office will function from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm throughout Eid, with similar exclusions.
The Unified Humanitarian Services Office's Death Registration Unit will be available every day from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm during the holiday.
Finally, the Unified Healthcare Sector Contact Center (16000) will operate 24/7 to assist the public.
