Palak Muchhal, a celebrated singer, has made headlines not for her vocal talents but for her remarkable charitable contributions, earning a spot in the Guinness Book of World Records. Through her Palak Palash Charitable Foundation, she has successfully funded 3,947 heart surgeries for children in need throughout India.

Reflecting on this prestigious recognition, Palak expressed, “I have received a 'hall of fame' from the Guinness Book of World Records for my charity work. It's a global achievement and I'm incredibly thankful. I began singing for heart patients at the age of seven. I organize 'Save Little Hearts' concerts, where all proceeds go towards surgeries for children coping with heart ailments. To date, 3,947 surgeries have been performed, and currently, there are 416 children on my waiting list. I aspire to continue using my voice to assist these kids in need.”

Regarding her celebrations for this milestone, she shared, “Celebration is woven into our daily routine. Records serve as affirmations that we are on the right track. I personally attend surgeries for children funded through my concerts. I am often present in hospitals, sometimes even in the operating room. I recite the Gita, Navkar mantra, and various shlokas. My true celebration occurs when the doctor says, 'Badhai ho Palak, tumhara bachcha bach gaya,' which translates to 'Congratulations Palak, your child has survived.'”

Adding to her joy, it's reported that Palak's brother, musician Palash Muchhal, will soon marry Smriti Mandhana, vice-captain of the Indian women's cricket team, on November 20, 2025, in Sangli. Palak remarked, “It’s a bit early to comment, but we are all overjoyed with the news.”
