Kriti Sanon Discusses Pay Disparity in Bollywood

Actress Kriti Sanon has candidly shared her thoughts on the gender pay gap and the challenges women face in Bollywood. In a recent interview, she underlined how female actors often encounter unique financial negotiations that their male counterparts rarely experience. However, she also described the frustration of narrowly missing out on roles that often went to industry insiders. Kriti acknowledged that such experiences were emotionally taxing, as she felt equipped to tackle more challenging roles.
