Kim Kardashian Reflects on California Bar Exam Results

Reality TV icon and businesswoman Kim Kardashian has disclosed her recent experience with the California Bar Exam, admitting she did not pass. Nevertheless, the SKIMS founder is undeterred in her goal of becoming a lawyer.

In a heartfelt Instagram message, Kim stated, "Well...I'm not a lawyer yet, I just play a very well-dressed one on TV." As she looks back on her six-year legal journey, she expressed, "Six years into this law journey, and I'm still all in until I pass the bar. No shortcuts, no giving up – just more studying and even more determination."

Appreciating the support she's received, Kim emphasized that falling short isn't a sign of defeat. "Thank you to everyone who has supported and encouraged me along the way so far. Failing short isn't failure – it's fuel. I was so close to passing the exam and that only motivated me even more. Let's go!"

Her legal journey commenced in 2018 when she decided to pursue an apprenticeship with a law firm in San Francisco, an alternative to attending traditional law school available in California and a few other U.S. states. After multiple attempts, she passed the baby bar exam, officially known as the First-Year Law Student's Examination, in 2021.

Kim has been transparent about her legal milestones with her followers. Upon passing the baby bar exam, she celebrated on X (formerly Twitter) with an excited post, "OMFGGGG I PASSED THE BABY BAR EXAM!!!!" She shared that this achievement was a significant source of personal pride, having faced numerous challenges along her unique legal path. "Looking in the mirror, I am really proud of the woman looking back today. For anyone who doesn't know my law school journey, know this wasn't easy or handed to me," she remarked.

She also noted the skepticism she faced from many seasoned attorneys, who regarded her unconventional path as improbable. Yet, she remained committed, regarding it as her only option. "It feels so so sooooo good to be here and on my way to achieving my goals," she concluded.
