Alia Bhatt recently celebrated her first Christmas in her brand-new six-storey mansion, Krishna Raj Bungalow, marking an exciting new chapter in her life after spending her last Diwali at Vastu. The celebration was an intimate affair attended by close family members and friends, including her mother Soni Razdan, her sister Shaheen Bhatt, and friends like Akansha Ranjan Kapoor. The gathering reflected warmth, joy, and the festive spirit of the season.
One particularly memorable moment was captured when Alia posed alongside her mother-in-law, Neetu Kapoor, highlighting the beautiful bond within the Kapoor-Bhatt family. Shaheen Bhatt also shared some candid photographs from the evening, captioning them playfully, “Tis the season, etc, etc.” In terms of style, Alia looked effortlessly chic in a classic little black dress, while Shaheen made a bold statement in a vibrant hot pink outfit. Soni Razdan complemented the festive vibe with a sophisticated black ensemble, completing the elegant family picture. Despite the joyous gathering, Ranbir Kapoor and their daughter, Raha, were noticeably absent from the photos shared from the event.
Krishna Raj Bungalow, the family’s new home, carries a rich legacy and is more than just a luxury address. The property once belonged to Bollywood legend Raj Kapoor and his wife Krishna Raj Kapoor before being passed down to Rishi and Neetu Kapoor in the 1980s. Now, it is Ranbir and Alia’s turn to carry forward this iconic legacy. The couple has been actively overseeing the construction and interior work at the mansion, frequently visiting the site to ensure that every detail aligns with their vision. Reports suggest that they may soon move in, possibly choosing an auspicious date to officially settle into their new home and continue the Kapoor family tradition.
On the professional front, Alia Bhatt was last seen on screen in Jigra and is gearing up for her next project, Yash Raj Films’ Alpha. Ranbir Kapoor, meanwhile, is preparing for Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana: Part 1, which is scheduled to release on Diwali 2026. Fans can also look forward to seeing the couple reunite on the big screen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s highly anticipated film Love & War. With both their personal and professional lives thriving, Alia and Ranbir continue to be one of Bollywood’s most admired and beloved couples, balancing family life and their cinematic careers with style and grace.
