This report showcases the sustained growth enjoyed by the nation's tourism industry, cementing the UAE's status as a premier global travel hotspot.
The findings indicate that hotel stays across the UAE surpassed 32 million in 2025, reflecting a 5.1 percent rise from 2024. Additionally, hotel revenues experienced noteworthy increases, soaring to AED49.21 billion—up 9.7 percent compared to the previous year.
The hospitality sector continued to flourish, with a total hotel room count of 217,000 across over 1,240 establishments nationwide. Occupancy rates reached 79.5 percent, positioning the UAE among the leading tourism markets both in the region and worldwide.
The report indicates that total hotel nights reached a staggering 100 million during the year, signaling robust tourism demand and consistent sector resilience.
Moreover, the UAE secured its top ranking in the Middle East and North Africa in the World Economic Forum’s Travel and Tourism Development Index (TTDI) for 2024, additionally claiming 18th place globally, highlighting its expanding international stature in the tourism arena.
