UAE Expresses Solidarity with Kuwait Following Iranian Assault

In a recent phone conversation, H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the UAE, connected with Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Kuwait’s Foreign Minister, to converse about the latest regional events.

Both leaders firmly denounced the Iranian missile and drone attacks aimed at Kuwait, emphasizing the necessity of safeguarding regional security and stability amid escalating tensions.

Sheikh Abdullah reiterated the UAE's unwavering support for the brotherly nation of Kuwait, advocating for measures that ensure its safety and protect the well-being of its citizens and residents.

He further asserted that Kuwait's security is intricately tied to that of the UAE and all Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, illustrating the profound solidarity among Gulf states in tackling regional threats.

This telephone conversation underscores the strong relationship between the UAE and Kuwait, along with their joint commitment to fostering peace and stability in the Gulf region.
