Thamma Reaches Near ₹100 Crore Mark on Day 6

The horror-comedy Thamma, featuring the talents of Rashmika Mandanna, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, and Ayushmann Khurrana, continues its impressive performance at the box office. By the end of its sixth day, Thamma collected ₹13 crore, pushing its total earnings in India to ₹91.70 crore. Directed by Aditya Sarpotdar and produced by Dinesh Vijan under Maddock Films, Thamma is establishing itself as a standout in the Maddock Horror Comedy Universe.

As per industry tracker Sacnilk, the film's box office collection surged over the weekend after a slight dip during the weekdays. On Sunday, it recorded an occupancy rate of 23.19% in Hindi, indicating strong audience retention. Its captivating mix of supernatural elements, emotional depth, and humor is ensuring audiences remain engaged, allowing for sustained box office success across theaters nationwide.

Moreover, Thamma's box office figures have already surpassed the lifetime earnings of Varun Dhawan’s Bhediya (₹68.99 crore) and Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari (₹60.35 crore). On its fifth day alone, it garnered ₹13.1 crore, representing a 31% jump from Friday’s ₹10 crore, which reflects a growing buzz among viewers.

On the global stage, Thamma has crossed the ₹100 crore milestone within just five days of its release, marking a notable success in both domestic and international markets. With its broad appeal, surprising cameos, and standout performances from Rashmika, Nawazuddin, and Ayushmann, it has captured the attention of audiences everywhere.

Set against a backdrop of an intense love story, Thamma is the fifth entry in the Maddock Horror Comedy Universe, following Stree, Bhediya, Munjya, and Stree 2. With its engaging combination of horror, comedy, and heartfelt moments, Thamma is well on its way to achieving status as one of the biggest hits of Bollywood in 2025.
