Sheikh Dr. Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi Celebrates Eid Al Adha at Sharjah Mosque

Sharjah: On Wednesday, Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, the Ruler of Sharjah and a member of the UAE Supreme Council, held the Eid Al Adha prayer at Sharjah Mosque.

He was accompanied by Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler, alongside Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, with numerous family members and high-ranking officials present.

Notable attendees included Sheikh Dr. Salem bin Abdulrahman Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Ruler’s Office, Sheikh Mohammed bin Humaid Al Qasimi, Chairman of Statistics and Community Development, and Sheikh Majid bin Sultan Al Qasimi, responsible for Districts Affairs, among others.

The sermon was delivered by Sheikh Dr. Abdullah Mansour, who emphasized monotheism and sincerity in faith, reiterating the importance of following the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). He stressed that Islam prioritizes moderation and balance while denouncing extremism.

He highlighted the significance of nurturing strong family values, insisting that virtuous families play a fundamental role in raising children within moral and religious frameworks. The sermon encouraged the fostering of family bonds, as well as tolerance and social unity.

In closing, he prayed for the UAE's continued security, stability, and prosperity, as well as the protection of its leadership and residents, while also seeking blessings for the Hajj pilgrims.
