Spanning from May 10 to May 14 in Riyadh, the festival will see participation from upwards of 100 schools featuring more than 1,550 eager students, along with their dedicated educators.
This event serves to foster a robust reading culture among the youth, nurturing their educational journeys while fostering knowledge in literature, science, and culture. It aims to instill a habit of independent reading in students.
Moreover, the festival will provide an avenue for students to display their talents while honing their Arabic language skills. Educators will be instrumental in encouraging and supporting students to cultivate regular reading habits.
Through such initiatives, the King Abdulaziz Public Library actively champions reading by curating a multitude of programs and providing access to a rich assortment of books, enabling students to connect with the Kingdom’s vibrant cultural and literary legacy.
