Harmony has been restored in the Abhishek-Ahuja family after years of discord. Sunita Ahuja, spouse of actor Govinda, has finally reconciled with her nephew Krushna Abhishek and niece Arti Singh.
During a recent podcast with Paras Chhabra, Sunita revealed her decision to move forward. “Krushna was like a child to me, alongside Vinay and Dumpy. To me, they are all my kids. I’ve let go of the past. My only wish now is for everyone to find joy and laughter together,” she expressed.
In response to her sentiments, Arti Singh shared her overwhelming joy with HT City. “I did see that interview! It made me incredibly happy! We have always felt like her children. Despite the circumstances, I have kept silent. I’m relieved she has reconciled with Krushna,” Arti noted.
The initial fallout stemmed from jokes made by Krushna about his uncle Govinda during a comedy show, which Sunita deemed disrespectful. Krushna had later expressed regret and sought to repair their relationship, but tension persisted until this moment.
In the podcast, Sunita also voiced her desire for Arti to consider motherhood soon, stating, “It’s not the time for conflicts. I wish for Aarti to embrace motherhood shortly. She lovingly ties rakhi to Yash every year.”
Arti warmly replied, “Whenever it’s meant to be, she will soon become a superstar nani! I cherish mami and Chi Chi mama deeply. They’ve treated us as their own.”
