FIVE by Sisterhood Introduces Transformative January Programs

Abu Dhabi, UAE – 5 January 2026 — As the new year begins, women in the UAE are embracing clarity and meaningful progress, prompting FIVE by Sisterhood to launch a curated series of experiences this January aimed at fostering intentional growth, wellbeing, and authentic connection.

Shifting away from hustle-oriented resolutions, this month’s program signifies a trend towards sustainable success anchored in community, structure, and self-leadership. With a focus on leadership development, purposeful networking, and holistic wellness, FIVE by Sisterhood is dedicating space for women to reset and embrace the year with renewed confidence.

The initiative kicks off on Wednesday, 7 January, with the Action Accelerator Circle (AAC)—a groundbreaking 90-day leadership mastermind constituting the third level of the Sisterhood Collective membership. Open to women throughout the region, AAC targets experienced professionals and leaders who find themselves feeling overwhelmed or stuck in a cycle of endless task execution.

Differentiating from standard courses, the AAC emphasizes high accountability while addressing real-world leadership challenges. Over the span of 90 days, participants will follow a structured process for resetting and gaining clarity, complemented by bi-weekly sessions focused on critical decision-making, delegation, systems management, leadership enhancement, and sustainable momentum. The program features live problem-solving, a dedicated hot-seat session, and an expert-led workshop tailored to meet the evolving needs of the group.

AAC aims to empower women to transition from handling everything solo to exercising clearer leadership. Generally, participants exit the program with refined priorities, bolstered confidence, reduced decision fatigue, and tangible advancements in their professional roles, ultimately creating growth that enhances freedom.

Next, Ignite in Five, a unique women's speed networking event, is scheduled for Tuesday, 13 January, at The Lighthouse, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. This event prioritizes meaningful connections over mere transactional exchanges, allowing women to engage in brisk five-minute conversations—every interaction holding the potential to spark collaboration, opportunity, or lasting friendships.

Scheduled from 6:45pm to 8:45pm, this vibrant evening will feature a welcome drink, curated giveaways, and a small gift for all attendees. With limited seats available, Ignite in Five offers an energetic yet purposeful way to broaden networks and kick off the year with invaluable connections. Tickets are priced at AED 120.

Finally, rounding out the January lineup, FIVE by Sisterhood will host a wellness evening on Thursday, 23 January, from 6:00pm to 7:30pm at FS8, Al Raha Beach, Abu Dhabi.
