Dubai Holding Asset Management (DHAM) has officially launched the construction of Lantana Hills, an upscale gated residential community in Dubai Science Park, Al Barsha South. Group AMANA has been chosen as the principal contractor under a contract worth AED 680 million.
The ceremony was graced by key officials from both organisations, including H.E. Malek Al Malek, Group CEO of Dubai Holding Asset Management, alongside other leaders from DHAM and Group AMANA.
Lantana Hills is a significant addition to DHAM's residential leasing portfolio in Dubai. The project plans to feature 390 townhouses, offering spacious 3- and 4-bedroom homes tailored for contemporary family living.
Residents will enjoy landscaped areas, family-oriented amenities, and convenient access to educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and shopping hubs. The project handover is slated for the latter half of 2027.
Group AMANA will employ innovative modular construction methods sourced from DuBox and DuPod for the project. Approximately 85% of construction will occur off-site in a controlled factory setting, ensuring enhanced quality and expedited completion.
Plans include the fabrication of 2,730 modular units and 2,020 bathroom pods. This modern approach aims to lessen material waste by up to 30% and significantly enhance safety on construction sites, improving by over 70% compared to conventional techniques.
Lantana Hills has earned LEED for Cities and Communities: Plan & Design – Silver Precertification. Full certification is underway, aligning with Dubai Holding's commitment to sustainability.
Situated in Dubai Science Park, the community boasts excellent connectivity, allowing residents to reach Dubai Hills Mall in about 10 minutes, Mall of the Emirates in 15 minutes, and Dubai Mall in approximately 20 minutes, along with easy access to Al Maktoum International Airport in 25 minutes.
