Air swallowing during meals, overeating, stress, inconsistent eating patterns, and lying down post-meal can exacerbate gas formation and discomfort. Small lifestyle modifications alongside home remedies are recommended for relief.

One such remedy is sipping warm water, which can help relax digestive muscles and facilitate gas passage. Warm water promotes intestinal movement, alleviating pressure in the chest. Gentle walking after meals can also enhance digestion and prevent gas buildup.
