Staff commence their coverage at 5 pm daily and compile a report by 7 am summarizing crucial events. These reports are subsequently distributed to relevant government departments to keep them informed and prepared.

This initiative arises from tensions between Denmark and the U.S. following Trump’s continuing fascination with Greenland, notably his 2019 proposal that the Arctic island might be purchased by the U.S. Danish officials have consistently dismissed any such claims of annexation, asserting that the future of Greenland should be determined by its inhabitants. Danish Defence Minister Troels Lund Poulsen reiterated that it is ultimately up to the Greenlandic people to decide their future.
