David Harbour, the actor renowned for his role as Jim Hopper in the popular series Stranger Things, has been accused of harassment and bullying by his co-star Millie Bobby Brown. The allegations emerged just weeks before the much-anticipated fifth season of the show is set to premiere.

Millie Bobby Brown, who portrays Eleven, reportedly filed a formal complaint against Harbour before filming began on the final season. According to sources familiar with the matter, the complaint included multiple allegations of harassment and bullying, prompting a thorough internal investigation that lasted several months. During the shooting of the last season, Brown reportedly had her personal representative on set to provide support.

Importantly, the accusations do not include any claims of sexual misconduct. Harbour and Brown share a close on-screen father-daughter relationship, with Harbour’s character acting as a protector to Brown’s character. They have worked together since the show’s debut in 2016, when Brown was only 12 years old.

In a 2021 interview, Harbour spoke warmly about his relationship with Brown, describing it as protective and fatherly. He expressed genuine concern for her well-being amid the challenges that come with early fame.

These allegations arise at a delicate moment for Stranger Things, which continues to be one of the most popular shows globally. The first part of Season 5 is scheduled for release on November 26, with the second part set for December 25.

This situation has drawn attention to workplace dynamics on the show’s set and highlights the ongoing focus on professional conduct within the entertainment industry. Neither Harbour nor Brown has publicly commented on the accusations.
