The new Wonderland Entertainment City in Al Wathba was officially inaugurated by Sheikh Zayed bin Hamad bin Hamdan Al Nahyan, Chairman of the National Anti-Narcotics Authority. Accompanied by Hamid Saeed Al Neyadi and various officials, Sheikh Zayed explored the venue, appreciating the modern entertainment offerings designed for a family-friendly environment. He commended the project as a remarkable addition to the Sheikh Zayed Festival.
The festival's Higher Committee announced that Wonderland opened its doors to visitors on December 5, with all arrangements finalized. This new zone is a notable highlight of the 2025–2026 edition, presenting an expanded array of recreational facilities for families and tourists alike. The entertainment city encompasses a spacious area, equipped with bright pathways, seating areas, and easy access from the main festival plaza, making it a centerpiece for attendees.
Wonderland caters to diverse age groups, featuring attractions like a roller coaster, ice skating rink, haunted house, mirror maze, dinosaur park, bumper cars, archery zone, skill games, Net Maze, pony rides, and an electronic gaming halt. It also includes a specific bowling section with state-of-the-art lanes for adults and a vibrant bowling area for children. These attractions aim to foster a fun-filled and safe atmosphere for family bonding and friendly rivalry.
All attractions at Wonderland are developed to stringent safety and quality benchmarks.
