New Leadership in Vietnam: To Lam Takes Presidential Oath

In a significant event at the Presidential Palace in Hanoi, a formal ceremony was held to transfer presidential duties from Luong Cuong to To Lam.

The event saw senior officials, including members from the Politburo and Central Committee, demonstrating the importance of this leadership transition in Vietnam's political landscape.

The ceremony included a briefing on Luong Cuong's achievements during his presidency. The two leaders signed official documents to formalize the transfer of responsibilities.

To Lam, upon assuming office, conveyed his honor in being elected as President and pledged loyalty to the Constitution and the citizens of Vietnam. He stressed his duty to uphold the legacy established by his predecessors.

He commended Luong Cuong for reinforcing governance and managing domestic and international relations during his term.
