Supreme Court to Review ₹500 Crore UAE Decree Foll
The Supreme Court will examine a ₹500 crore decree case from the UAE in July after mediation efforts
Dubai, UAE – The fuel pricing landscape in the UAE is undergoing a notable shift as the country’s fuel price committee has declared increases across all petrol and diesel categories for December. This surge will be felt by commuters and businesses alike, altering the cost dynamics substantially.
Super 98 petrol, favored by many drivers, is set at AED 2.70 per litre, a jump from AED 2.63 in November. Special 95 petrol will be priced at AED 2.58 per litre, rising from AED 2.51, while E-Plus petrol now costs AED 2.51, reflecting a modest climb of 7 fils from the prior month.
Diesel experiences the most significant adjustment this month, increasing to AED 2.85 per litre up from AED 2.67. These changes are in line with global oil market trends and local adjustments, which are expected to elevate transportation costs for businesses further.
Although these adjustments are marginal, they can cumulatively affect daily commuting expenses and freight costs. Motorists are encouraged to plan their fuel budgets accordingly as these new prices come into effect immediately in the UAE.
This update highlights the government's continuous strategy to maintain a balance between energy supply, market stability, and affordability for residents amidst the fluctuations in global markets.
