Launching in the 2025–2026 academic year, the Tahnoon bin Zayed Scholarship in AI Excellence is set to provide extensive support to outstanding students pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Artificial Intelligence at MBZUAI. This initiative is positioned to cultivate the UAE's AI talent, equipping young innovators with vital skills tailored to the rapidly changing global tech environment.
In the upcoming six years, approximately 350 students will benefit from this merit-based scholarship, which emphasizes rigorous selection criteria, including mathematical proficiency, leadership skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Besides full financial backing, scholars will have the chance to represent the UAE in prominent technology events worldwide and access resources for launching tech startups or projects.
