His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan conveyed his message through social media, encouraging both citizens and residents to welcome the new year with renewed enthusiasm. He underscored the significance of unity, progress, and prosperity for everyone. Sheikh Mohamed stated,
"Best wishes as we celebrate the New Year. Let’s embrace the year ahead with fresh hope and a commitment to unity, progress, and prosperity for all."

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, also shared his thoughts for a year marked by security, stability, and ongoing national enhancement. On his X (formerly Twitter) account, Sheikh Mohammed expressed:
"Wishing the UAE a joyful and successful new year filled with stability, security, and continued growth. I wish the world peace and goodness, hoping for happiness, success, and achievement for everyone in the year to come."

He further highlighted a positive outlook for the future, stating,
