The third installment of the Remarkable Emirati Women (REW) event electrified Abu Dhabi as over 700 leaders, professionals, and change agents convened to discuss impact, purpose, and progress. Under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, Mother of the Nation, the summit showcased the expanding influence of Emirati women in various spheres, both nationally and globally.

This year's theme, Unleash Your Impact, underscored the essential roles Emirati women play in charting the UAE's future, demonstrating leadership, resilience, and community engagement. The event featured Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan as the Guest of Honour, who participated in recognizing 62 graduates from the Emirati Women Chapter programme’s second cohort. This initiative, a collaboration between the General Women’s Union and PureHealth, focuses on mentoring, developing leadership skills, and enhancing professional opportunities for Emirati women.

The summit's opening resonated with messages of empowerment and pride, emphasizing the UAE leadership's ongoing commitment to women's progress. Attendees celebrated Emirati women not only for their professional successes but also for their essential contributions to strong families and communities, reinforcing their fundamental role in national development.

A pivotal theme during the summit was the importance of achieving meaningful impact without imposing unrealistic expectations. Participants discussed topics such as leadership, mental health, and sustainability, with a focus on the challenges women face in balancing ambition and personal well-being. This dialogue resonated with many, highlighting that true progress relies on consistency, support, and cooperative responsibility, rather than a pursuit of perfection.

The event also honored the legacy of earlier generations of Emirati women, acknowledging their contributions in turning challenges into opportunities, which laid the groundwork for contemporary achievements. This connection bridged past endeavors with the goals of a new generation eager to lead with intention.

Organized by the General Women’s Union and the Supreme Council for Motherhood & Childhood, alongside PureHealth, the summit provided a national stage for dialogue and networking. Key leaders from government, healthcare, education, business, and social sectors engaged in discussions that tackled leadership, wellbeing, and community impact.

The ceremony also announced the opening of registrations for the third cohort of the Emirati Women Chapter programme, which aims to welcome 100 new members. This initiative represents an ongoing expansion of a platform dedicated to empowering Emirati women as leaders, innovators, and change agents.

As the summit wrapped up, the atmosphere was filled with optimism and energy. The 2025 edition of Remarkable Emirati Women reinforced a potent message: Emirati women are pivotal in driving today’s advancements while also shaping the UAE’s future through enduring impact and collective strength.
