The victims are 25-year-old Pullakhandam Meghana Rani from Garla mandal and 24-year-old Kadiyala Bhavana from Mulkanoor village, both hailing from the Mahabubabad district of Telangana. Having lived in the US for nearly three years, they were diligently pursuing their Master’s degrees.
Both Meghana and Bhavana were nearing the completion of their studies and actively seeking job opportunities in their fields. Their journey in the US was marked by ambition and hard work, as they strived to realize their dreams through advanced education.
The fatal accident happened while the two women were traveling with friends near the picturesque Alabama Hills. Initial reports indicate that their vehicle lost control on a challenging segment of the road, veering off and plunging into a gorge, leading to tragic injuries for both.
