His Highness Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan welcomed a delegation from the Abu Dhabi Department of Government Enablement (DGE), led by His Excellency Ahmed Tamim Hisham Al Kuttab.

The meeting spotlighted the advancements within the Mawaheb Talent Hub located in Al Ain, with discussions emphasizing the training and empowerment of UAE Nationals, ensuring enhanced participation in the job market through widened employment avenues and partnerships across the region.

His Highness also revisited the outcomes since the Empowering National Talents in Al Ain Forum from October 2025, which reaffirmed dedication to aiding Emirati job seekers by aligning career paths with their skills, qualifications, and aspirations, thus fostering labor market inclusion and supporting youth employment in Al Ain.

He stressed the continual evolution of national talent initiatives and enhancing their preparedness for future employment, particularly in rapidly advancing sectors.

Emphasizing Emiratisation as a core strategic goal aligned with the vision of Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Sheikh underscored the necessity for equipping citizens with competencies in artificial intelligence, advanced technology, digital solutions, and innovation to adapt to global economic shifts.

The DGE delegation updated on community outreach, reporting 14 open days across Al Ain, particularly in Al Shiwayb and Al Qua’a, aimed at engaging with local talent and boosting recruitment in pivotal sectors.

Preparations for the second Empowering National Talents in Al Ain Forum, slated for the last quarter of this year, were also reviewed. This upcoming forum will persist in enhancing employment pathways for UAE Nationals.

The previous 2025 forum led to 17 memoranda of understanding (MoUs) established between DGE’s Mawaheb Talent Hub and various government, semi-government, and private entities, facilitating job prospects in banking, finance, education, emerging technologies, and customer service, complemented by training programs aimed at boosting skills and ensuring long-term employment opportunities.

The meeting was attended by His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan alongside officials from DGE and the Mawaheb Talent Hub.
