Details of the ICE Enforcement Action

As reported by DHS, when officers approached Good's SUV, they instructed her to leave the vehicle. Footage reveals a sequence where the vehicle momentarily reversed before surging forward, culminating in multiple gunshots as it collided with a parked car.

DHS Secretary Kristi Noem stated that Good disregarded repeated commands and allegedly attempted to ram an ICE officer, characterizing it as an act intending to inflict serious injury. The officer affected by the incident was subsequently treated at a medical facility and released.

According to a DHS representative, the shooting occurred during a confrontation with Good. The FBI and Minnesota's Bureau of Criminal Apprehension have initiated investigations into this incident.
