Qatar Secures Third Consecutive Term on International Maritime Organization Council

In a significant achievement, the State of Qatar has solidified its position in the maritime arena by being re-elected to the Executive Council of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) in Category C. This marks Qatar's third consecutive term on this vital international body, with the voting held during the 34th session of the IMO Assembly in London.

Qatar's Ambassador to the UK and Permanent Representative to the IMO, HE Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Saud Al-Thani, also remarked on this success.
