Pilgrims Complete Tawaf Al-Ifadah at Makkah's Grand Mosque

Post by : Bianca Hayes

On Wednesday, a significant number of pilgrims engaged in Tawaf Al-Ifadah at the Grand Mosque in Makkah after fulfilling vital Hajj obligations, including standing on Mount Arafat, overnighting in Muzdalifah, and performing the stoning at Jamrat Al-Aqaba.

At Masjid al-Haram, attendees were met with well-coordinated management efforts, bolstered by health and security teams ensuring a safe passage for all worshippers to the sacred venue.

Extensive human and technical resources were deployed by authorities to effectively handle the large crowd, enabling pilgrims to carry out their rituals smoothly and safely.

Following Tawaf Al-Ifadah, pilgrims will progress with their rituals in Mina during the Days of Tashreeq, where they will complete the stoning at the three Jamarat. The pilgrimage will ultimately culminate in the Farewell Tawaf in Makkah before worshippers return to their homes.
