Mansoor Al Sabahi Takes the Helm as CEO of Mada Media PJSC

Mada Media's Board of Directors has officially appointed Mansoor Al Sabahi as the new Chief Executive Officer. This pivotal decision was made under the leadership of Mattar Mohammed Al Tayer, marking a significant moment for the newly formed organization.

Al Tayer expressed his confidence in Al Sabahi's capabilities, emphasizing that his extensive experience and leadership track record will be invaluable in navigating the company's growth trajectory.

In his debut statement as CEO, Al Sabahi expressed gratitude for the Board's trust and outlined his vision for Mada Media. He aims to fortify the company's position in Dubai’s Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising sector, prioritizing urban aesthetics, sustainability, and innovation to reflect the city’s prestigious global standing.

Additionally, he mentioned initiatives to create a cohesive urban advertising environment that propels economic development, enhances high-quality investment prospects, and fosters collaboration with local and international stakeholders. These initiatives align closely with Dubai's 2040 Urban Master Plan, which targets a sustainable and prosperous future for the emirate.

Founded in September 2024, Mada Media operates as a Private Joint-Stock Company under Law No. (20) ratified by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. The organization’s mission is to manage and develop Dubai's OOH advertising landscape while upholding the city's visual integrity and sustainable objectives.

The Board of Directors is chaired by Mattar Al Tayer, with Hussein Mohammed Al Banna as Vice Chairman. Board members include Badr Ahmed Anwahi, Maryam Obaid Al Muhairi, Mohammed Yousef Al Mudharreb, Ahmed Hassan Mahboub, Moaza Saeed Al Marri, Shehab Hamad Bu Shehab, and Saeed Mohammed Al Marri.

Al Sabahi possesses comprehensive expertise in finance and strategic governance. Before joining Mada Media, he was affiliated with leading financial institutions and later held key positions within the Roads and Transport Authority, where his ultimate role was as Director of the Commercial and Investment Department. His contributions were instrumental in expanding the RTA’s public-private partnerships while enhancing its investment approach.
