Dubai, UAE: Mada Media has announced a pivotal agreement with PHI Advertising, awarding them a substantial Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising contract that aims to reinforce Dubai’s outdoor advertising market.

The formal signing took place between Mansoor Al Sabahi, CEO of Mada Media, and Naif Saleh Al Rajhi, Chairman of PHI Advertising. This deal allows PHI Advertising to deploy and market an exclusive range of OOH advertising setups across some of Dubai’s most trafficked roadways.

Included in this premium portfolio are key routes such as Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, Al Khail Road, and Dubai–Al Ain Road—vital corridors fundamental to the emirate’s connectivity. The collection consists of nine digital unipoles, nine static unipoles, and one hoarding sign, all meticulously designed to meet stringent safety and planning standards for seamless integration within the urban landscape.

Mansoor Al Sabahi articulated that this collaboration underlines Mada Media’s commitment to fostering investment in the OOH sector and pushing forward the digital transformation. He noted that this initiative aligns with Dubai’s broader economic initiatives, including the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan.

He further stated that Mada Media is focused on creating a future-ready advertising framework that draws global and regional companies while maintaining high quality, sustainability, and operational excellence.

In response, Naif Saleh Al Rajhi expressed enthusiasm about the agreement, noting that it solidifies PHI Advertising’s position as a premier digital outdoor network operator in Dubai. He emphasized that the firm’s ongoing investment in cutting-edge technologies mirrors Dubai’s vision for long-term urban and economic development.

As the regulatory overseer of Dubai’s OOH advertising landscape, Mada Media remains dedicated to ensuring that advertising contributes positively to urban design, sustainability, and safety on the roads.

This newly awarded contract is part of a more extensive range of OOH tenders set to be launched throughout 2026, aimed at fostering market expansion, driving innovation, and enhancing investor trust within the sector.
