Under the esteemed patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, PureHealth proudly launched the 2026 edition of the Emirati Women Chapter (EWC) in Abu Dhabi. The ceremony took place at Yas Marina, where 120 leaders were welcomed to embark on this significant journey.
This event was collaboratively organized with the General Women’s Union and the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, showcasing the UAE’s unwavering dedication to empowering women and enhancing their roles in national growth.
The latest cohort has experienced remarkable expansion, boasting a growth rate exceeding 94 percent from the previous year. Approximately 75 percent of the 120 participants hail from various organizations, representing more than 25 different entities.
Spanning nine months, the program emphasizes leadership development through mentoring, personal coaching, and hands-on learning. Its primary goal is to empower Emirati women with essential skills and insights to effect meaningful change in their communities and workplaces.
Officials noted that this initiative embodies the vision of enhancing women’s capabilities and increasing their representation in diverse sectors. It also facilitates learning opportunities from accomplished female leaders, thereby fostering greater confidence and leadership skills among participants.
Since its inception in 2024, the Emirati Women Chapter has continued to thrive as a vital national platform, supporting women at various career stages and championing inclusivity. Notably, in 2025, the program rolled out a dedicated track for senior Emirati women and broadened opportunities for People of Determination.
This initiative is pivotal in promoting women’s leadership and plays a crucial role in advancing sustainable social and economic development throughout the UAE.
