New Graduates from UAE Leaders Programme 2025

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum presided over the graduation ceremony for the latest cohort of the UAE Government Leaders Programme 2025 at Qasr Al Watan in Abu Dhabi. The event underscored the UAE's ongoing commitment to nurturing future leaders equipped to navigate global changes and technological advancements.

Senior figures from the UAE were present, including Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The assembly highlighted the leadership's dedication to enhancing government excellence and equipping national talents for upcoming challenges.

The 2025 cohort featured participants from both federal and local government entities alongside private sector organizations. This intensive year-long programme united department heads, project managers, and division directors on their leadership development journey.

Participants engaged in advanced executive workshops conducted in collaboration with top UAE and international institutions. The schedule comprised mentoring sessions with global professionals, real-world leadership exercises, and international study visits aimed at familiarizing them with modern governance and policy innovation.

A notable highlight was a knowledge tour to Vietnam, where participants explored effective governance models and evaluated strategies for tackling complex public administration issues. They also undertook transformational projects concentrating on economic growth, industry, and environmental sustainability.

Focused on shaping leaders capable of adapting to quickly changing global contexts, the UAE Government Leaders Programme 2025 emphasized training in strategic planning, data-informed policymaking, future forecasting, and managing interconnected national initiatives to enhance government readiness.

Launched in 2008, the UAE Government Leaders Programme has become a cornerstone national initiative for leadership cultivation. Over 770 leaders have graduated, contributing to innovation, policy advancement, and institutional progress throughout the UAE.

The graduation ceremony reiterated the UAE's enduring pledge to invest in its human capital, fostering a leadership culture rooted in innovation, sustainability, and competitiveness on the global stage.
