In a landmark development aimed at fostering greater government integration and service efficiency, the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai (GDRFA Dubai) has partnered with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) by signing a vital Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

The MoU will enable the integration of three key residency services into the GDRFA Dubai system:
Golden Residency
Retiree Residency
Property Residency
Through this integration, clients will be able to access all essential services on one platform, assuring a streamlined and efficient interaction. This move will lead to improved data interchange, simplified procedures, and a notable decrease in processing durations.
