This pivotal agreement was signed by His Excellency Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, the Director General of GDRFA Dubai, alongside His Excellency Omar Hamad Bu Shehab, the Director General of DLD.

The MoU will enable the integration of three key residency services into the GDRFA Dubai system:
Golden Residency
Retiree Residency
Property Residency
Through this integration, clients will be able to access all essential services on one platform, assuring a streamlined and efficient interaction. This move will lead to improved data interchange, simplified procedures, and a notable decrease in processing durations.
