In a significant step toward improving Dubai’s governmental framework, the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai (GDRFA Dubai) has forged a partnership with the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Authority. This agreement underscores a shared ambition to boost collaboration, enhance service delivery, and support joint projects between the two organizations.

The signing ceremony involved Major General Khalaf Ahmed Al Ghaith from GDRFA Dubai and His Excellency Arif Amiri, CEO of the DIFC Authority. This collaboration is envisioned to streamline government services in Dubai, thereby offering a better experience for investors, residents, and various stakeholders engaged with DIFC.

The agreement facilitates the development of collaborative projects, procedural improvements, and the exchange of expertise across administrative, legal, and technical areas. It notably emphasizes proactive services tailored to members of the DIFC Family Wealth Centre, which represents affluent individuals and family-owned enterprises.

This initiative is part of Dubai’s broader strategy to establish an integrated government ecosystem that is agile, modern, and aligned with international standards. The collaboration seeks to enhance service delivery, minimize procedural hurdles, and reinforce Dubai's stature as a global financial and business center.

The partnership, valid for two years with an option for renewal, lays out a framework for ongoing cooperation and effective information sharing. It aims to boost operational efficiency and contribute to Dubai’s objective of fostering a seamless environment for investors, companies, and residents alike.

By collaborating, GDRFA Dubai and the DIFC Authority are committed to delivering steady enhancements that embody Dubai’s dedication to high standards in governance, innovation, and service integration.
