This initiative is designed to offer practical experiences within the frameworks of international development and financial systems worldwide.
This significant unveiling took place during the Spring Meetings hosted by the World Bank Group and the International Monetary Fund in Washington, D.C. The program results from a collaborative effort between the UAE Ministry of Finance and the World Bank Group.
Key national institutions, such as the UAE Aid Agency, the Office of Development and Fallen Heroes’ Families Affairs, and ADGM Academy, have expressed their support for this initiative.
As one of the pioneering nations in this global program, the UAE focuses on nurturing its young talent and enhancing their contributions to international development bodies.
Participants in this program will engage in genuine development projects, acquiring essential experience in economic, financial, infrastructure, and global development areas while gaining insights into the operations of the World Bank.
Mohamed bin Hadi Al Hussaini remarked that this program embodies the UAE’s strategic vision for investing in human capital. He emphasized that it will cultivate a fresh wave of professionals capable of influencing global economic and financial landscapes.
Dr. Tareq Ahmed Al Ameri pointed out that the initiative would facilitate training, skill enhancement, and exposure to leading global practices, enabling Emirati youths to forge successful careers in development and economics.
