In a bold new initiative, the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment, along with Dubai Chambers, has introduced the 'Win Your Home in Dubai' campaign, allowing shoppers the exciting chance to win apartments across the city.
This vibrant campaign is set to run for 12 weeks, commencing on 22 May and concluding on 30 August 2026, with the goal of enhancing Dubai's retail landscape while promoting it as an ideal destination for living and investment.
Eligible participants, aged 18 and older, can join the prize draws by making purchases of AED 500 at any participating store. Over 3,500 retail locations and more than 1,000 brands throughout Dubai are involved in this initiative.
Coinciding with major shopping seasons such as Eid Al Adha, the 3 Day Super Sale, and Dubai Summer Surprises, the campaign offers additional discounts to shoppers participating in the draws.
Binghatti Developers is contributing 12 residential units, comprising 11 studio apartments and one two-bedroom apartment, to the program.
Each week, a studio apartment will be awarded, with the two-bedroom apartment serving as the grand prize for the final week.

For every additional AED 500 spent, participants gain another entry, thereby enhancing their chances of winning. Previous entries will remain valid for future weekly draws, including the grand prize draw.
According to officials, the campaign showcases robust collaboration between the public and private sectors and is anticipated to stimulate retail engagement, uplift consumer confidence, and foster economic development across Dubai.
