Dubai South Unveils Initiative to Strengthen SMEs

Dubai South, a significant urban development in the region emphasizing aviation and logistics, has launched a robust support initiative aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) within its Business Park.

This program aims to deliver immediate financial aid while promoting long-term business resilience, showcasing the Dubai government’s ongoing dedication to economic stability and a nurturing business environment throughout the emirate.

With this new initiative, SMEs will have access to a variety of flexible support options. Benefits include rent-free periods linked to lease renewals, extended payment deferrals, and the elimination of minor administrative fees. Furthermore, existing rental rates will be preserved for qualifying tenants renewing contracts during this time.

This initiative underscores Dubai South’s commitment to bolstering the business landscape, particularly in aiding SMEs recognized as key contributors to innovation, job creation, and economic advancement in Dubai.
