Ranveer Singh’s smash hit Dhurandhar continues to make waves at the box office, with no hint of a slowdown even as it reaches its fourth week in theaters. Helmed by director Aditya Dhar, the film has garnered immense acclaim from both fans and industry watchers, bringing in ₹24.30 crore just this past Sunday. This remarkable performance elevates the film’s total nett box office in India to a staggering ₹730.70 crore, clearly indicating its ongoing appeal.
Additionally, Dhurandhar has crossed a significant landmark, surpassing the ₹1100 crore mark on a global scale within just 24 days since its release. This feat positions it among the highest-grossing Indian films in recent history. Notably, it has outperformed Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan, which previously ended its theatrical run with approximately ₹1,055 crore worldwide.
Dhurandhar is now also eyeing the Hindi version earnings of Pushpa 2, which currently stand at ₹812.14 crore. Industry insiders and analysts are optimistic about the film’s potential to close this gap shortly, allowing it to potentially set new records in the box office.
With its stunning earnings, Dhurandhar has already established itself as the top-grossing film of 2025. It has outperformed other significant releases, like Kantara: Chapter 1 and Chhaava, which although successful, couldn't match the overwhelming triumph of Ranveer Singh’s film. Even with recent releases making their debut, Dhurandhar is dominating ticket sales nationwide, showcasing a positive buzz and avid viewer interest.
In contrast, Kartik Aaryan’s Christmas offering, Tu Mera Main Teri Main Tera Tu Meri, has seen a moderate performance at the box office. The film secured around ₹5.25 crore on Sunday, pushing its total to ₹23.75 crore over four days. While it has been received well, it still falls short against the massive popularity and commercial success enjoyed by Dhurandhar.
