Continuing its mission to enhance social support systems, Shamis Ali Khalfan Al Dhaheri, the Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Department of Community Development, recently toured the Family Care Authority service centre in Abu Dhabi.
This visit was focused on evaluating the effectiveness of services provided and their impact on family stability and overall quality of life in the region.
The visit also included senior officials like Hamad Ali Al Dhaheri and Salama Al Ameemi.

During his visit, the Chairman learned about the variety of services accessible to families, placing emphasis on the customer experience to ensure all services are efficient, accessible, and attuned to the needs of the community.
He also evaluated the Authority’s sophisticated case management system, which assesses each family's unique circumstances to provide customized support. This ensures that all families receive appropriate assistance to maintain their stability and wellbeing.
