On Monday evening, Akshay Kumar's security vehicle was involved in a road accident in Mumbai while returning home with his wife, Twinkle Khanna, from the airport to their residence in Juhu.
According to early reports, the accident occurred when a vehicle rear-ended an auto-rickshaw. The impact caused the auto-rickshaw to overturn, colliding with Akshay Kumar's escort vehicle, which subsequently tipped over onto its side.
Authorities arrived swiftly to manage the situation. Social media footage captured the escort car on its side, with the auto-rickshaw severely damaged from the collision.
Fortunately, there were no serious injuries reported. Both Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna are safe.
The couple had just returned from a trip abroad, celebrating a significant personal milestone—marking their 25th wedding anniversary. Twinkle shared a delightful video on Instagram of their paragliding adventures together to commemorate the occasion.
