Ajman: The first quarter of 2026 has seen impressive growth in Ajman’s real estate sector, with a remarkable 25% increase in licence transactions, as reported by senior officials.
His Excellency Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, the Director General of the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulatory Department, announced that there were a total of 1,163 real estate licence transactions during this quarter.
The data indicates the issuance of 305 real estate practice cards, a significant 24% rise compared to Q1 2025. Furthermore, 453 cards were renewed, exhibiting an impressive 76% growth, which reflects the robust investor confidence and the determination of entrepreneurs to thrive within the emirate.
The report also pointed out the variety of transactions, encompassing developer registration certificates, registrations for real estate offices, advertising permits, and renewal services. Remarkably, renewals of registration certificates shown a 13% growth.
Officials noted that such encouraging figures emphasize Ajman’s robust and efficient business ecosystem. The emirate is solidifying its status as a top investment destination, bolstered by flexible policies aimed at welcoming entrepreneurs.
