Al Suwaidi stressed the crucial need for enhanced collaboration between the public and private sectors. He urged attendees to develop innovative and proactive measures to boost the effectiveness of food supply systems in line with international standards.
He also recognized the valuable contributions of government bodies in overseeing markets, ensuring price stability, and guaranteeing the steady supply of critical food items.
Emphasizing the private sector's role, Al Suwaidi commended food manufacturers and companies for increasing production capabilities and pushing for innovation to achieve self-sufficiency.
The meeting centered on a proactive action plan aimed at reinforcing supply chain resilience. Discussions covered improving coordination mechanisms, optimizing storage and transport efficiency, and utilizing modern technologies to tackle future challenges.
