Air Arabia has revealed plans for a new direct service that will connect Sharjah International Airport directly to London Gatwick, significantly broadening its global reach.
Commencing on 29th March 2026, this service will provide travellers with twice-daily flights, granting greater flexibility for those journeying between the UAE and the UK.
Adel Al Ali, the Group CEO of Air Arabia, shared, “Launching our non-stop route to London Gatwick marks a crucial milestone in our development. This expansion not only enhances connectivity but also demonstrates our dedication to offering quality travel solutions.”
He added, “The new service to London Gatwick provides customers, whether for business or leisure, an expanded array of affordable and dependable air travel options. We eagerly await welcoming passengers on board, connecting the UAE directly with the UK.”
In response, Jonathan Pollard, Chief Commercial Officer at London Gatwick, remarked, “This year has seen a surge in demand for flights to the Middle East, and we are excited to welcome Air Arabia in March. This new route bridges London and the South East with the historic city of Sharjah and the broader Middle Eastern area.”
