A strategic partnership has been forged between the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI) and Presight, a branch of G42 renowned for its applied artificial intelligence (AI) innovations, aimed at enhancing agentic AI utilization among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Abu Dhabi.
This collaboration was officially announced during a signing ceremony with key Abu Dhabi officials in attendance. The initiative aligns with the UAE’s vision to bolster industrial growth, optimize national supply chains, and empower SMEs — pivotal contributors to sustainable economic development.
Under this new agreement, Presight will deliver sophisticated agentic AI solutions to a network of over 102,000 registered SMEs across Abu Dhabi. The rollout will commence with a select group of businesses, with plans for gradual expansion throughout the broader SME sector outlined in a structured deployment strategy.
This program is set to facilitate the integration of AI-powered operational intelligence into SMEs’ daily practices, allowing for improved productivity, quicker decision-making, streamlined operations, and increased competitiveness.
SMEs are crucial to Abu Dhabi’s economic landscape, representing around 98% of all businesses and employing nearly 46% of the workforce, contributing to 42.8% of the emirate’s non-oil gross domestic product (GDP).
His Excellency Ali Mohamad Al Marzooqi, ADCCI's Director General, emphasized Abu Dhabi’s position as a leader in the SME landscape across the MENA region, showcasing its commitment to innovation and advanced technology adoption. He stressed the importance of SMEs in driving economic growth and pointed out that the introduction of agentic AI will equip these businesses to innovate and adapt in a diversifying economy.
The AI deployment will benefit from Presight’s advanced sovereign AI systems, designed specifically for the secure and scalable needs of SMEs. These systems will facilitate autonomous workflows, real-time decision-making support, and ongoing business optimization.
Thomas Pramotedham, CEO of Presight, remarked on the transformative potential of this partnership, highlighting that agentic AI will play an essential role in core business functions including procurement, compliance, logistics, and operational decision-making, thus enhancing SMEs' resilience and efficiency.
ADCCI aims to provide its registered SMEs with preferential access to this program, making cutting-edge AI technologies more accessible and cost-effective for businesses of various sizes.
This partnership reinforces Abu Dhabi's status as a global hub for advanced industries and innovation, with ADCCI leading efforts to ensure responsible and effective AI solution deployment, aligned with national development objectives.
