Abu Dhabi: His Excellency Major General Ahmed Saif bin Zaitoon Al Muhairi, the Commander-in-Chief of Abu Dhabi Police, has reaffirmed the emirate’s unwavering dedication to continuous support and monitoring for those impacted by the recent Iranian assaults.

During an official visit to Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City (SSMC), Al Muhairi assessed the current medical responses and the efficiency of treatment protocols for those injured. Accompanied by senior officials such as Matar Saeed Al Nuaimi, Director General of the Emergencies, Crises, and Disasters Management Centre Abu Dhabi, Dr. Rashed Obaid Al Suwaidi from the Abu Dhabi Public Health Centre, and Dr. Marwan Al Kaabi, CEO of SSMC, the delegation focused on the ongoing crisis response efforts.

The group engaged with patients and their families to gather insights on the healthcare services provided. Officials stressed that safeguarding community health is a paramount concern within Abu Dhabi’s crisis management strategy, irrespective of wider regional issues.

Al Muhairi underscored the critical need to mobilize all available medical and logistical support to expedite the recovery process. He commended the fortitude and high spirits of the injured, wishing them a prompt recovery.

He also remarked that the efficacy of the medical response showcases Abu Dhabi’s sophisticated healthcare framework and preemptive operational plans. Leaders conveyed confidence in the extensive rehabilitation initiatives at SSMC aimed at facilitating complete recovery.

The visiting officials praised the commitment and professionalism displayed by the medical staff, highlighting their crucial role in enhancing the emirate’s emergency response capabilities.
