India’s real estate sector is witnessing a remarkable revival in 2025, raising a whopping ₹23,080 crore across 12 high-profile deals — the highest in seven years. The latest data highlights that India’s 2025 real estate fundraising has surpassed previous peaks. Since FY18, the sector has mobilized over ₹72,331 crore, with Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) contributing ₹31,241 crore, solidifying their role as a critical funding source. Following REITs, large-cap developers raised ₹20,437 crore, mid-cap firms secured ₹12,496 crore, while small-cap players contributed ₹8,156 crore.
